Proud womanDo you recognize what is extraordinary about yourself?  Do you acknowledge it?  And then, do you live it - each day?  As Jean Houston reminds us, ‘We all have the extraordinary coded within us…waiting to be released.”  By recognizing, acknowledging, and then living our extraordinariness, others are blessed by it - and we have room for more that is amazing to ‘show up’ in our lives.  So why hold back?!

Zig Ziglar, who has made many phenomenal statements over the years said:

“I don’t care how much power, brilliance or energy you have, if you don’t harness it and focus it on a specific target, and hold it there you’re never going to accomplish as much as your ability warrants.”

So by LIVING YOUR EXTRAORDINARINESS (new word, but apparently not since it didn’t get a red underline in Microsoft Word), you are beginning to harness and focus it.  I believe, because I was raised this way, that when you are given a gift, then you are expected to use that gift. Have any of you ever heard the parable, which has as its message, “To whom much has been given, much is expected”?  (Let’s just say I heard that a few times from my dad, the minister.)

If you have been given an amazing talent, gift, strength, attitude, beauty, or other attribute (and you HAVE, by the way), then there is an expectation that you will bring that forth. What could you do today that would indicate to yourself and others that you are LIVING your extraordinariness?

And if you are well aware that you - or those around you - are freaked-out to one degree or another (and not staying in the present) and you can see that it is taking a toll, then you’re invited to join the Staying Positive Society where you can access tools for yourself or your team. We have a positive group and would love to have you join us.
