Here’s what I know (sadly) from previous experience with other TOP-NOTCH folks who learned a step-by-step way to prepare for, offer, and teach a tele-workshops…

The majority of them don’t end up doing anything with it.

I have seen it time and time again.  It is disheartening to these individuals and it robs their communities of the chance to learn.  It also keeps potential tele-workshop leaders from having the impact (and income) they want. Recent survey results indicate one or more of these obstacles stop people from offering their tele-workshops:

  • Fear
  • Perfectionism
  • Worry, e.g., what if no one is interested?
  • Overwhelmed with how to start
  • Impostor syndrome
  • “This has already been done” concerns
  • Other people are pushing and pulling you in different directions
  • Distraction
  • Give up too easily
  • Procrastination
  • Technology overwhelm

Do any of these sound familiar?  Are there any other “obstacles” I left off the list?

Here’s what you may count on during our time together:

ta-da_tree_tech✔ An extremely supportive community.

“Being able to talk things through and get other people’s input and perspective really expanded my thinking. Also, the accountability was a plus.” ~ 2013 Participant

✔ Tools to guide the planning and delivery of your teleseminars.

✔ Strategies and structures for plotting the path to your tele-workshops – without overwhelm!

✔ A system to use for years to come each time you decide to offer another tele-workshop.

✔ Honest and encouraging feedback from members of our group.

Here’s what you will receive as part of this special community:

10 (ten) group calls; 2 each month (October, November, December, January, & February).  These calls will help you and your colleagues maintain momentum.  Expect to receive direction, coaching, and clarification as you participate in each call.

2 (two) individual coaching calls during the five-month period of the program.  Access your calls when you most need them.  Use your coaching calls for help with marketing, to get over a stumbling block, to determine next steps, or for whatever makes the most sense for you – with the goal of making sure you offer a successful tele-workshop by January 31st and then make plans for your next one and your next one and your next one!

Bi-weekly checklist check-ins via Dropbox or Google Docs – your preference.  You and I will set this up individually so that it fits your working style.  We will both be able to see how you are progressing.  The accountability is worth more than you can imagine and WAAAYYY more than the price of admission.

“Our Ta-Da! group program hasn’t even been over a week, and I already miss all the Facebook activity. Having this second line of contact became both grounding and invigorating, and I don’t want it to stop even as I recognize people have to move on.” ~Mickey Schafer

About the Coach & Mastermind Facilitator:

Meggin McIntosh , Ph.D. is known as “The PhD of Productivity®” and is a former teacher, university professor, and director of her university’s Excellence in Teaching Program. She is currently (and happily) the president of Emphasis on Excellence, Inc. and says,

“I know that you can have your tele-workshop(s) in place by January 31, 2015 if not before.  Let me help you play to your strengths and make that happen. After teaching nearly 1000 teleseminars in the last decade, I know what works!

You and your fellow participants will be sharing the knowledge and experience gathered through the pretty and not-so-pretty situations I’ve learned from over the last ten years.  Plus, the environment of our group is convenient and safe.  Ta-Da! is the place to be if you’re serious about offering tele-seminars – SOON, rather than SOMEDAY.”

“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~Anais Nin
