- Formulate: Craft the policies to protect those boundaries.
- (in)Form: Easily communicate with others who need to know what your new policies are.

About the Coach
Meggin McIntosh, PhD, is known as “The PhD of Productivity®” and is a former teacher, university professor, and director of her university’s Excellence in Teaching Program. She is currently (and blissfully) the president of Emphasis on Excellence, Inc. Meggin says,
Knowing about the concept of policies has changed my life and it’s one I wish I’d known much (MUCH!) sooner than I did. When working with my individual consulting and coaching clients, the concept of policies almost always comes up in our work together. People craft policies for their sabbaticals, their email, their families, their committee work, their neighbors, their possessions, their energy, and the list goes on and on.
“Your time, energy, and attention - your life, really - are worth protecting.”Let’s work together - in a focused, intentional, and sensible way - to get your policies crafted and communicated.
