I hope you find this resource helpful. Once I created this and started to use it, my stress went down and student complaints about assignments dropped to zero!

Fabulous. Thank you Meggin! You Rock!
Thanks! Who doesn’t like to hear that? 🙂 Glad it’s helpful.
Thanks, Meggin, for sharing the alternative assignment form. I plan to give it a try this round.
I think you’ll find that you like it. Hold firm on everything I’ve said there. It was one of my absolute policies and only worked if I held firm to it.
Wonderful idea! This also gets the students thinking about other ways they can apply their learning to something they want to do. No more,”why do I need to learn this! I will never use it.” Simple yet PERFECT!
Definitely!!! I think it will work well for you, too.
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I’m not a teacher, my problem is with volunteers who take exception to the way we schedule classroom and preserve visits. I’m thinking we could modify your form to solicit suggestions for alternative methods, maybe improve our program while respectfully dealing with the complainers. Great idea and I thank you for your (usual) generosity in sharing it!
Oh, Ann, that is a brilliant idea!!! Yes, it seems like it would work in that situation as well! Thank you 🙂
