<p>I just emailed to ask permission to reprint one of his articles in my Top Ten Productivity TIps.  We&#8217;ll see what he says.</p>

<p><a href="http://aliciasmith.com/" target="_blank">Alicia Smith</a>, who has been one of my teachers through Coachville and also lately in teleclasses about marketing to women, used a term in this morning that I thought I&#8217;d share with you. </p>
<p>She is a business coach and she calls the first &#8216;talk&#8217; that she and the potential client have a &#8220;collaborative interview.&#8221;  It allows both the client and the coach to determine whether they are right for each other. </p>
<p>Since we have coaches in our group, I wanted to share that and also, I think the phrasing is nice for some of the rest of us as well.</p>
