I believe I heard about this guy from Jeff Herring, but not sure.  He has a TON of resources (articles, tools to use for your own use or with clients, and other ideas you might find useful).  He’s a coach, speaker, and author and focuses on *Extreme Success.*

I just emailed to ask permission to reprint one of his articles in my Top Ten Productivity TIps.  We’ll see what he says.

Alicia Smith, who has been one of my teachers through Coachville and also lately in teleclasses about marketing to women, used a term in this morning that I thought I’d share with you. 

She is a business coach and she calls the first ‘talk’ that she and the potential client have a “collaborative interview.”  It allows both the client and the coach to determine whether they are right for each other. 

Since we have coaches in our group, I wanted to share that and also, I think the phrasing is nice for some of the rest of us as well.
