This book is apparently no longer in print, but maybe you can find a copy somewhere. I’ve included the link to Amazon, although you can only buy it from used booksellers (at some wild prices, I must say). I referenced it in the “Words That Fall Out of Your Keyboard: Writing Naturally” teleseminar (which is free) and it would be worth hunting for a copy. I might contact him and ask him if he’s turned it into an e-book. I’ll report back on that…
