For most of our encounters, consider this acronym:
W – Why
A – Am
I - I
T – Talking
Great for coaching interactions, consulting, networking, etc. I’m going to post this near my desk to help me.
Not sure where I heard it, but I unearthed it today in a pile of great ideas.
