Every practitioner and coach who has a viable niche, a viable marketing message and uses the 6 Figure Principles will eventually get to this point. Following these 3 Steps will help you to get Top Quality People to join your team.
Step 1: Get Clear About What You Need Help With
Make a list of ALL of your business tasks. Now, evaluate which tasks are NOT your Genius. Circle everything you would love to give away.
Imagine giving away all of the $10-20 per hour work in your business. What would you do with that time? See more clients? Put more energy into getting more clients? Administrative work is the first place to look. Consider giving away bookkeeping, payment processing, paperwork, customer service, etc.
Step 2: Get Clear About What You’re Looking For
You’ll get clear by writing down
Qualities
of your new team member
Most importantly, the RESULTS you want them to produce
As you interview your potential new team members, look for the candidate who is completely inspired by Your Divine Vision.
Remember, don’t hire just the best candidate available. Instead, make sure you hire the person who has the skills to produce the results you want and the qualities most in alignment with Your Divine Vision.
