Fax options

Suggestion:
A question came up the other day on a Tier 2 call about fax numbers, machines, etc. Here are a few suggestions:
- Have a dedicated line for your fax. That’s what I have now but only went to this about 3 years ago.
- Have a dedicated line for your fax & your business phone. I did this for years and had a phone that also was a fax machine.
- Have a “e” version. This is what many folks are going to. An example is “eFax” (www.eFax.com). This is the service that someone I know uses and she says it has worked for her company for years. There are several other companies and you can find them by Googling “Efaxing.” Most have a free trial. This way, you don’t have to have any additional equipment or a fax line.
Just some thoughts. If others of you have additional suggestions, let me know and I’ll post or add a comment to this post.
Thanks!
